SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• If we have your products in stock and your order is placed before 16:00, we will usually dispatch your order on the same day, orders received after 16:00 will be dispatched next day.
• We can ship to virtually any address in Pakistan
•  Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day
•  Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations
•  Vista Bazaar provides Free shipping Across Pakistan. Order above 2000.
•   Check-out page. Final amount charged will include shipping charges
•  The actual delivery time is Local – 2-3 working days. Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel.

RETURN , EXCHANGE REFUND POLICY:

• We are happy to exchange any unopened, undamaged and unexpired contact lenses within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order. 
• Any product purchased can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase from receipt by courier.
•  If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go ahead with the exchange. Articles purchased on discounts are not qualified for exchange though.
•  We don’t offer a cash refund instead you will be issued a coupon of the same value, which you can use to buy now or in the future.
